Miss Zulas

Miss Zula’s, the funkiest little boutique in the West, got its start in the hip town of Missoula, Montana. In October of 1998 a certain ambitious young lady began taking jewelry into the homes of friends for a night of personal jewelry shopping. Good friends, good wine, fabulous jewelry…the response was overwhelming. So in the spring and summer of 1999, she expanded her venue into the community by way of the Missoula Farmer’s Market. And so it seemed inevitable that Miss Zula’s Sterling Silver Jewelry and Accessory Boutique opened in October of 1999.

The name has raised some eyebrows. We got lots of inquires as to “who is Miss Zula,” and “are you Zula.” A few clients even come to us with urban legends about Miss Z. One of the best stories is that Miss Zula was the proprietor of a bordello that was nestled in the Rattlesnake area back in the early 1900’s. Although we love the stories, (the more creative, the better!) Miss Zula’s is in fact named for the town we all know and love…Missoula.

Our store is filled with incredible, unique jewelry, as well as clever gifts, the coolest handbags, chicest clothing, and the revolving work of hip local artists. We at Miss Zula’s strive to live by a few boutique rules. Fabulous client service is forever our trademark and we make it a priority to have at

least seven hours of fun daily. That leaves us one hour to pay bills, vacuum, clean mirrors and polish jewelry. We love the fact that we surround ourselves not with the “trendy” but the latest must-haves.

Miss Zula’s is located in historic downtown Missoula at 111 North Higgins Avenue. If you’re ever in our neighborhood, please stop in. The most amazing sales divas on the planet are awaiting your arrival.
