Shipping:
For all normal deliveries we ship via USPS Priority Mail, which is normally
a 2 day service to most U.S. destinations. We can provide you a tracking
number with all USPS deliveries, so if you have a physical address for
shipment, that is preferable. The rate for USPS Priority Mail shipping
and handling is a flat rate of $7.00 per order. The rate for USPS Express
Mail shipping and handling is a flat rate of $15.00 per order, and is
delivered the next day by 12 noon to most U.S. destinations (if ordering
Monday-Friday). However, if your order totals more than $100.00 Miss Zula's
will gladly waive your USPS Priority Mail shipping and handling fee.

Whether you shop with Miss Zula's online, or at our retail stores in
Missoula and Bozeman, Montana or Indianapolis, Indiana - we're committed

store credit for jewelry and accessories, purchased via Internet, for
up to 30 days after your shipment has been sent out.
Each piece of Miss Zula's Jewelry is crafted from the finest raw materials
available and each piece is guaranteed for life.
Miss Zula's guarantees that all of our jewelry will be free from defects
in material and workmanship. If our products do not conform to this guarantee,
Miss Zula's shall repair or replace the defective products. Guarantee
does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear or abuse as determined
by Miss Zula's.

Return Shipping Policy:
Customer is responsible for return shipping. UPS is the preferred carrier
for sending back returns because they are able to track the package for
you. They will automatically insure the package up to $100, if your purchase
is more than that, you should consider insurance.
